The long-term goal of these projects is to look after our own assets and property values to avert potential crime incidences that can end up devaluing our properties due to our carelessness and poor perception of what they can carry in terms of our balance sheet credit worthiness.

 

Insurance companies put a large premium on our properties, if we do not have security measures in place to avert criminal damages to us as bondholders. We (N.H.O.P - Forum) plans to liaison with insurances and banks to recognize us as an organization that will impact a holistic approach to safety and security of our properties if we put in place good safety measure in the neighborhoods in our places of residents.

Part of our overall plans as N.H.O.P -Forum is to find a way to create jobs for local unemployed youth who are prepared to take responsibility and accountability to work for us and with us in our endeavors to live comfortable lives. We will require to own-up to these responsibilities and investments drives and also to take care of these equipment in the process of protecting ourselves from invaders and potential crime activities when the RDP development starts to take place in the near future hear in Naturena.

 

There'll be a need for us to assert ourselves from being victims of ignorance the crimes that continually take place simply because we don't want to take care and full control of our own lives and neighborhood instead of passing the buck to politicians and other people.
